I am Felipe Bastos and I work at the Eletric Energy Saving National Program (PROCEL) from Brazil. I am responsable for the Energy Efficiency Brazilian Information Center - Procel Info (www.procelinfo.com.br). Procel is a national program that exist since 1985 and it is coordinated by Eletrobrás.

Procel Info was created in 2006 and established with the task of systematizing and disseminating information about the efficient use of electric energy. This center gathers, organizes, generates, archives and divulges energy efficiency information of interest wether produced nationwide or abroad.The Portal displayed an average of 22 thousands pageviews per month and have nine thousands people registered.PROCEL info newsletter has almost 5 thousands subscribers, which represents 55.9% of the total of users registered with the portal.

I also work giving suport to the orgaization of the Energy Saving National Award.
