In 2008, ACEEE conducted its second national review of exemplary utility-sector energy efficiency programs. Case studies here represent the best in low-income programs, as determined by a nationwide search and nomination process, and voted on by a panel of industry experts. Each offers a program overview, performance metrics, lessons learned and key data, which are helpful to utilities considering or already running similar programs.
