NY: Standard Approach for Estimating Energy Savings from Energy Efficiency Programs

This document presents the measure-specific energy and demand savings estimation approach used by utilities delivering energy efficiency programs in New York that are funded via the systems benefits charge. It provides inputs to be used in calculating savings for various residential and small commercial measures; and includes a road map of references and sources reviewed in making those determinations.
