BPA: Energy Efficiency Implementation Manual

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Energy Efficiency Implementation Manual provides customer utilities (which include many public power utilities), program partners, and regional stakeholders with information on how to plan and implement energy efficiency projects. Deemed reimbursement levels and deemed energy savings for a variety of measures are provided, based on analysis done by the Northwest Power and Conservation Council's Regional Technical Forum. While this may be useful to utilities in other states, this is primarily a resource for those in the Pacific Northwest.
