Energy Efficiency in California’s Public Power Sector: A Status Report

Annually, the California Municipal Utilities Association compiles a report on the status of energy efficiency programs being run by 39 publicly‐owned utility. In addition to descriptions of utility programs and results, the report provides an overview of the approaches that public power is undertaking to track and verify energy efficiency savings from existing programs, and discusses approaches that might be used to evaluate programs in the future.
