Posted in Best Practice Programs, Forging Partnerships
The Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships (NEEP) is a non-profit organization that facilitates regional partnerships to advance the efficient use of energy in homes, buildings and industry in the Northeast U.S. NEEP works to leverage knowledge, capability, learning and funding through regionally coordinated policies, programs and practices. Through its Regional Deployment Initiatives, NEEP develops and facilitates working groups and advisory committees that include sponsors and other invited participants from the six New England states, New York and New Jersey.
Ways to become involved with NEEP's work:
- NEEP Sponsors and Underwriters are energy efficiency program administrators, including electric and gas utilities, state agencies and authorities who participate in NEEP-coordinated efforts or fund and participate in NEEP's policy initiatives and programs to advance energy efficiency.
- By joining NEEP's new Partners Program, organizations can highlight their leadership in the efficient use of energy in homes, buildings and industry. NEEP Partners' support helps overcome market barriers and opens up new business opportunities.
