Property Assessed Clean Energy Fact Sheet

The fact sheet from the Alliance to Save Energy provides a brief overview of the property assessed clean energy (PACE) model, which allows homeowners to finance energy efficiency upgrades with property tax-based repayment.

In addition to offering an overview on how PACE works, it includes:

• a map of states where PACE-enabling legislation has been enacted
• information on program implementation, and
