The Residential Multi-family Comprehensive Best Practices Report presents results of an analysis of six residential multifamily comprehensive programs (typically defined as four or more housing units). Program components are similar to single family, but also address concerns related to equity and income, as well as higher potential barriers to participation. Best practice guidance is offered for each stage of program execution from planning through evaluation.
