As part of its Conservation Sensation campaign, Snohomish PUD created "50 Ways to Save Energy & Money," which offers customers low-cost, no-cost tips in the following areas:
- Heating
- Hot Water Heating
- Washing and Drying
- Lighting
- Cooking, and
- Refrigeration/ Freezing.
It also includes a chart of the approximate costs to run common appliances, lighting and other equipment, as well as guidance for customers on determining their own operating costs to see where their electric energy dollars are going.
